Sales and Marketing Specialist

About the role:

Data Science Dojo is seeking a talented Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our rapidly growing organization. In this role, you will work with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns, utilizing data to add value to the overall presence of the organization. You will be working closely with various teams at Data Science Dojo, including data science, engineering, development, and social media teams.

What you will do:

  • Manage CRM data and drive outreach programs 
  • Create and manage advertising and marketing campaigns 
  • Generate leads, grow existing relationships, and create sales reports to measure success 
  • Conduct marketing research and share findings with the team 
  • Work with the content team to create content that drives overall sales strategy 
  • Review creative materials and provide constructive brand feedback 
  • Define metrics of success for marketing campaigns and track progress 

What we are looking for:

  • An undergraduate degree in marketing, Communications, English, or a related field 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience creating and managing sales strategies 
  • Knowledge of sales management and outreach programs 
  • Knowledge of social media, content, and email marketing 
  • Understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and experience using CRM tools and software 
  • Ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to make decisions and devise strategies 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment 
  • Passion for education and data science 
  • Experience hosting and/or organizing live streams and online events 
  • Experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Hotjar
