Product Marketing Manager

Most learning platforms market features. We’re building a movement, making AI and data skills genuinely accessible to practitioners at every level. We need a Product Marketing Manager who can articulate why that matters to the right people, at the right moment.

Our learning platform at Data Science Dojo helps professionals conquer AI, data science, and emerging tech, and we’re not here to play small. We’re scaling fast, expanding globally, and redefining what career-focused education can be. We need a Product Marketing Manager who turns insights into narratives, narratives into strategy, and strategy into market impact. This is more than marketing; it’s shaping how the world sees our platform, why it matters, and why it wins.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

  • Product positioning & messaging: Define how our platform shows up in the market, what sets it apart, and why that difference matters to the professionals we serve.
  • Go-to-market launches: Lead structured, repeatable launches for new programs, features, and updates, ensuring strong coordination across product, sales, and growth teams.
  • Market & user insights: Translate user feedback, data, and competitive intelligence into clear strategic direction and stronger product narratives.
  • Strategic frameworks: Build positioning and messaging frameworks that guide campaigns, website content, and sales enablement.
  • Performance optimization: Define success metrics, track adoption, engagement, and conversion, and continuously refine strategies based on results.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with product, sales, design, and growth teams to align messaging, campaigns, and decisions with real market insight.

The skills and expertise you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years in product marketing, preferably tech, SaaS, or education.
  • Ability to craft positioning, messaging, and go-to-market frameworks from scratch.
  • Strong analytical thinking and comfort using data to guide decisions.
  • Excellent communication, written, verbal, and storytelling.
  • Collaborative, accountable, and thrives in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

 

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in AI, data science, or technical education.
  • Startup or high-growth environment experience.
  • Exposure to product-led growth or global markets.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing analytics, or lifecycle marketing systems.
