What you will do:

  • Develop and implement a communication strategy that includes outbound email, digital advertising, and social media content creation. 
  • Drive product and brand recognition for Data Science Dojo and innovation in brand management. 
  • Develop & and lead global brand strategy and refine existing product materials. 
  • Define metrics of success for marketing campaigns and keep track of the progress. 
  • Create partnerships with external data science sites, digital, and retail locations. 
  • Acquire and maintain a detailed knowledge of the company’s policies, principles, and strategies to keep up to date with relevant developments. 
  • Develop the company’s communication/style guide and ensure adherence to it across the company & and departments. 
  • Work with key internal role-players to brainstorm content ideas, in line with the company’s strategy and in support of various brand communications. 
  • Evaluate and strategize results, track ROI for marketing campaigns AND ensure that KPls are achieved. 
  • Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions. 
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end client experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. 
  • Develop marketing and sales strategy for the assigned portfolio 
  • Plan for new launches and achieve brand KPIs that contribute to enhancing the brand image. 
  • Control and regularly evaluate marketing plans and budgets to ensure the growth of brands faster than the relevant market to gain market share. 

What we are looking for:

  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing or a related field. 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in creating and managing marketing campaigns. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Strong knowledge of core marketing principles and tactics including advertising, social media, and event marketing. 
  • Understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and experience using CRM tools and software. 
  • Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to make decisions, devise strategies, and measure the progress of projects over time. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. 
  • Willingness to work as an individual and in a team as per the need of a project. 
  • Understanding of web writing and SEO 
  • A passion for education in general and data science in particular.
