About the role:

Data Science Dojo seeks a highly motivated and organized individual to join our project management team as a Program Manager.  

You’ll work closely with facilitators and instructors to develop and deliver public and private data science training programs while optimizing communication with participants through our CRM platform. Apply now for an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of data science education!

What you will do:

  • Communicate with training attendees throughout their learning journey. 
  • Analyze data from participants and clients to improve processes. 
  • Maintain and develop plans for effective problem-solving and relationship-building. 
  • Create, develop, and manage communication workflows, training surveys, and feedback. 
  • Collect and communicate feedback to improve all aspects of a given training course. 
  • Assist in developing training schedules and coordinating with team members. 
  • Assist in creating and developing training programs for corporate clients. 
  • Coordinate with external and internal instructors to manage multiple training schedules. 
  • Moderate live instructor-led training sessions and assist in their smooth execution. 
  • Coordinate the development of checklists, processes, workflows, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable the successful implementation of all key tasks and allow the company to scale its processes. 

What we are looking for:

  • An undergraduate degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field. 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant field. 
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills. 
  • Proven record of facilitating decision-making and relationship-building quality. 
  • Understanding of MS Office and CRM systems. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. 
  • Enthusiasm and curiosity for continuous improvement and root cause analysis. 
  • Proven track record of enabling teams and building cross-functional relationships.
