As a Customer Support Representative (CSR), your top priority is to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. CSRs at Data Science Dojo are expected to identify customer needs, generate sales leads, and ensure sustainable relationships. Their skill set includes active listening, empathy, excellent problem-solving, and clear communication. What you will do:

  • Serve as a passionate advocate for our customers, ensuring their needs are promptly and effectively addressed. 
  • Demonstrate a proactive and solution-oriented approach to efficiently resolving customer issues, leaving them satisfied with every interaction. 
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to address complex problems, guaranteeing timely resolution and an exceptional customer journey. 
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, providing accurate and helpful information to customers to enhance their experience. 
  • Provide clear and concise instructions, guidance, and updates, ensuring customers receive information in a manner that enhances their overall satisfaction. 
  • Proactively educate customers on product features, and functionalities, optimizing their use and ensuring a positive user experience. 
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and support documentation, enhancing the overall customer support ecosystem. 
  • Act as a valuable source of customer feedback, sharing insights with relevant teams to continuously enhance product offerings and improve operational processes. 
  • Efficiently manage live chat interactions, address queries through the ticket pipeline, and respond to customer emails on support and help platforms. 
  • Handle phone calls, including calls received outside regular working hours, ensuring customers feel supported within our office hours. 

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English or Communication or a related field. 
  • 0-1 year of experience in a similar customer support capacity. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and understandably. 
  • A genuine desire to help customers coupled with the ability to remain patient and calm in challenging situations. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and find effective solutions. 
  • Comfortable navigating software applications and learning new technologies quickly. 
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work seamlessly within a team and across departments. 
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
