Technical Product Manager

As our Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing our Microsoft Azure Marketplace membership, benefits, incentives program, offers, and products. Collaborate with various teams to ensure our products meet the customers’ needs and align with our strategic vision.  

You should possess leadership qualities, an excellent understanding of data science, and negotiation skills to develop successful partnerships and drive business growth. 

What you will do:

  • Manage membership, benefits, incentives, offers, and products for Microsoft Azure Marketplace. 
  • Provide technical leadership throughout the product life cycle, performing all necessary functions for effective management. 
  • Innovate and provide leadership in product management. 
  • Work with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content strategists to oversee the user experience of a product from conception to launch. 
  • Conduct market research and needs analysis to determine and analyze customer needs. 
  • Develop a partnership strategy, build a network of partners, and establish a prosperous partnership practice for Data Science Dojo. 
  • Research, curate, and deliver presentations on new product strategies and future roadmaps. 
  • Create proposals, negotiate with prospective partners, and plan pricing, including ROI calculations and risk analysis. 
  • Manage prioritization and trade-offs between customer experience, business impact, performance, and post-launch support. 

What we are looking for:

  • An undergraduate degree in business administration, Entrepreneurship, Communication, or a related field. 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management. 
  • Experience managing an eCommerce product line in a marketplace context. 
  • Knowledge and proven experience in analyzing and leading product strategies. 
  • Ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to make decisions, devise strategies, and measure project progress over time. 
  • Excellent communication and networking skills in English. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. 
  • Understanding Google Analytics and Hotjar to extract valuable insights.
