ENTERPRISE SALES EXECUTIVE

Full-time

We expect this leader to develop new sales strategies and navigate through sales projections from inception to completion. You should be experienced in enterprise sales with a passion for technology and must deliver on aggressive revenue targets. You’ll be supported to take risks and tackle big ideas, as long as you can effectively align your ideas to our larger company goals. You should also have experience with both online and offline sales tactics, understanding the dynamics of customers who have a passion for learning data science, and to be flexible enough to prioritize your goals in an ever-changing business environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prospect into large sized companies while managing an efficient sales process
  • Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with large commercial enterprises by selling value and return on time invested
  • Manage customer expectations while expanding reach and depth into various regions
  • Have intuitive sense of required steps to close business and gain customer validation
  • Have a thorough understanding of customer’s business
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Helping grow the sales team and build a scalable, repeatable process
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce

Ideal Applicants Have

  • 3+ years enterprise sales experience
  • Has met/exceeded sales goals
  • Must show proven methodology to prospect and build pipeline on their own
  • An exceptional ability to convey messages both in writing and in person
  • Strong sense of pride and personal accountability for the end-to-end service quality, completeness, and resulting in good quality customer experience
  • Self-starter with a proven ability to work in fast-paced environment; possesses a “whatever it takes mentality,” able to quickly and easily adapt to changing mandates and priorities
  • Must demonstrate a sense of urgency around critical priorities, but work calmly, independently and effectively under pressure
