Through structured learning, mentorship, and active participation in recruitment activities, you’ll develop a valuable skillset and knowledge base in the ever-evolving field of talent acquisition.

What you will do:

  • Source and identify potential candidates using various tools, craft job descriptions, post on job boards, and leverage social media platforms such as LinkedIn and others. 
  • Conduct screening interviews, ask insightful questions, and provide a positive candidate experience with timely feedback. 
  • Maintain a dynamic candidate pool to meet future staffing targets, proactively securing the right talent at the right time to support our rapid growth.  
  • Schedule interviews, coordinate schedules, send invitations, and prepare interview materials.  
  • Analyze recruitment data to improve strategies and streamline hiring processes to stay ahead of industry trends and maintain our competitive edge in attracting top talent.  
  • Take ownership of tasks like managing onboarding, and ensuring timely activation of employee benefits, while gaining a deeper understanding of the recruitment process and HR tools. 
  • Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates with timely communication and addressing concerns.  
  • Contribute to creating a positive company image and employer brand by collaborating with the Employee Branding team.

What we are looking for:

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, computer science, or a related field.  
  • 0-6 months of experience in a human resources or talent acquisition role, preferably with a specialization in recruitment.  
  • Demonstration of strong problem-solving abilities and innovative, strategic thinking.  
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and applications.  
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.  
  • Basics of conducting interviews in various formats, including phone, virtual, and structured interviews. 
  • Basic understanding of sourcing strategies, such as university outreach and headhunting.
