About the product and job role:

We’re looking for an HR Associate to enhance our recruitment efforts. In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers, source high-potential candidates, and ensure a seamless hiring experience. Whether it’s refining hiring strategies, engaging with talent pipelines, or shaping the candidate journey, you’ll play a key role in building a strong, future-ready team that drives our growth.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and craft compelling job descriptions that resonate with business needs.
  • Ensure that our interview processes accurately assess the skills and potential of candidates, contributing to the selection of the best talent for our tech projects.
  • Maintain a dynamic candidate pool to meet future staffing targets, proactively securing the right talent at the right time to support our rapid growth.
  • Ensure that our hiring processes are agile and adaptive to the evolving needs of our dynamic tech environment.
  • Deliver an unparalleled candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback, showcasing our commitment to a positive and memorable recruitment journey.
  • Analyze recruitment data to improve strategies and streamline hiring processes to stay ahead of industry trends and maintain our competitive edge in attracting top talent.
  • Nurture relationships with potential candidates, making each interaction an opportunity to showcase our company culture and values.
  • Work closely with background verification agencies to ensure the credibility of shortlisted candidates, playing a crucial role in building a reliable and high-performing team.

What we are looking for:

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, computer science, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a human resources or talent acquisition role, preferably with a specialization in recruitment.
  • Demonstration of strong problem-solving abilities and innovative, strategic thinking.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in managing interviews across various formats, including phone, virtual interviews, and structured methods.
  • Thorough familiarity with sourcing techniques, including university alliances and headhunting.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from HR & Recruitment data.
