About the role:

Are you passionate about translating complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and informative content? Do you have experience writing in-depth technical articles, whitepapers, user guides, and product documentation? If so, we’re looking for a Technical Content Writer to join our team. In this role, you will create high-quality, well-structured content that educates our audience on technical topics, enhances our brand authority, and supports our marketing and product initiatives. Your work will bridge the gap between technical teams and end-users, ensuring clarity and precision in all content deliverables.

What you will do:

  • Develop, write, and edit technical content for various digital platforms, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, user manuals, API documentation, and technical guides.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and synthesize technical information.
  • Simplify complex technical concepts into digestible, user-friendly content tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) by implementing best practices related to keywords, metadata, and readability.
  • Ensure consistency in technical terminology, style, and messaging across all content while maintaining brand voice and guidelines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in technical writing and content marketing.
  • Develop infographics, charts, and visuals to simplify complex technical concepts while adapting the content style for various platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Proofread and edit content for accuracy, grammar, punctuation, and clarity. Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to content creators on areas for improvement.
  • Develop content strategies aligned with business objectives and audience needs.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and refine strategies to enhance engagement and user experience.
  • Manage and update content repositories, ensuring accuracy and relevance of documentation.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, Engineering, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong ability to understand and explain technical concepts, software, and engineering principles.
  • Proficiency in writing for developer and IT audiences, including experience with API documentation, user guides, and whitepapers.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, web copywriting principles keyword research, and content optimization techniques.
  • Preferable to have experience with key tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Semrush.
  • Proficiency in grammar, punctuation, and style, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and WordPress is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creativity and a passion for writing with the ability to adapt tone and style to suit different audiences and platforms.
