System and Compliance Associate – I

Job Role: We are seeking a System and Compliance Associate – I to manage and support the full spectrum of IT operations across the organization. In this role, you will take ownership of hardware and software systems, oversee network infrastructure, ensure IT security compliance, and provide hands-on technical support to internal users. You will also conduct user training and troubleshooting to enhance system reliability and user satisfaction. This is a key opportunity to strengthen your technical skillset, implement scalable IT solutions, and contribute to a secure and efficient tech environment.

What you will do:

  • Provide technical support for login issues, software applications, and system performance, including troubleshooting remote access and peripherals devices.
  • Set up and maintain company laptops, desktops, and servers, including regular system updates, driver installations, and monthly audits for health and performance. Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating system.
  • Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures, enforce IT security policies, and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Manage IT assets, including inventory tracking, allocation, and recovery during employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Act as a liaison between vendors and employees to resolve hardware and software-related issues.
  • Support remote onboarding by setting up credentials, system access, and security training for new hires.
  • Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and knowledge bases to enable self-service support.
  • Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and refine IT processes for efficiency.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees on IT tools, software, and cybersecurity practices.
  • Provide technical support for company meetings, presentations, and events, including video conferencing setup.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role.
  • Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS) and productivity suites (Microsoft 365).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Basic web development skills (e.g., WordPress) are considered a plus.
  • A mindset geared towards innovation and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of system updates, hardware maintenance, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Availability to provide support during late hours or out-of-office hours when required.
