What you will do:

  • Develop new features and enhancements for the learning management system.
  • Liaison with the learning and development team to understand and implement new requirements and develop new features.
  • Support learning and development team with the technical issues related to LMS.
  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure that all new features and enhancements are working properly.
  • Analyze existing features to identify areas for improvement.
  • Understand user needs and add value to their experience on the websites.
  • Apply best practices for design and front-end development to ensure that the websites are responsive, usable, and useful for the audience.
  • Manage and maintain the websites by adding updates as needed.
  • Manage Google Tag Manager and focus on optimization.
  • Define metrics for success and track progress.

What we are looking for:

  • An undergraduate degree in Software or Computer Engineering, Design, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in web design and development.
  • Knowledge and proven experience working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Understanding of one backend language, such as PHP, Python, or Django.
  • Knowledge and proven experience working on CMS such as Moodle.
  • Working knowledge of data manipulation and visualization techniques.
  • Ability to understand the limitations of website design and development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to think through a problem from all aspects of problem-solving.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
  • Willingness to work independently and as part of a team as needed for projects.
  • Understanding of Google Tag Manager and Cloudflare.
  • Some understanding of Google Analytics and Hotjar to extract valuable insights.
