About the job role:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Business Operations Specialist to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner, managing schedules, communications, and coordinating high-level activities with internal and external stakeholders. You will play a vital role in ensuring the CEO’s time is optimized, priorities are met, and key initiatives move forward seamlessly. What you will do:

  • Partner directly with the CEO to manage and execute strategic initiatives, programs, and executive priorities
  • Drive high-level stakeholder communications on behalf of the CEO, including presentations, reports, and updates
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to ensure clarity, responsiveness, and alignment on organizational priorities
  • Coordinate, prepare, and follow up on executive meetings, board sessions, and cross-functional initiatives
  • Develop and manage communication campaigns, briefing notes, and executive decks to reflect the CEO’s vision and organizational direction
  • Strengthening external relationships with partners, investors, industry leaders, and clients through proactive executive-level engagement
  • Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively provide information, context, and recommendations to facilitate decision-making
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day business operations across key functions, driving alignment with company-wide strategic goals

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 03 years of experience in an executive support role, corporate communications, and experience supporting C-level executives is a strong plus
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to represent the CEO professionally to diverse stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High level of discretion, judgment, and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, project management systems, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization and externally
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • A polished, professional presence with the ability to represent the CEO and the company in high-profile settings
