About the job role:

We are seeking highly driven Account Executives to play a pivotal role in owning and executing the inbound sales strategy at Data Science Dojo. This role goes beyond managing leads, it requires acting as a trusted partner to prospects and clients, uncovering their needs, presenting tailored solutions, and building lasting relationships that drive business growth. As the first point of contact for many customers, you will shape how our brand is experienced, influence decision-making, and ensure the smooth execution of high-priority sales initiatives that contribute directly to the company’s success.

What you will do:

  • Own the entire inbound sales cycle, from discovery to close, building high-value partnerships that drive business growth
  • Engage directly with prospects and decision-makers, uncovering priorities and aligning solutions with their goals
  • Craft compelling proposals, presentations, and communications that articulate Data Science Dojo’s value
  • Deliver persuasive pitches and negotiations that convert interest into long-term client relationships
  • Ensure seamless client handoffs and nurture enduring partnerships that strengthen satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, especially with Marketing, to align campaigns and messaging with sales objectives
  • Continuously refine sales processes to maximize efficiency, scalability, and measurable impact
  • Represent the company with professionalism, safeguarding brand reputation in every client interaction

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles (experience in inbound sales preferred)
  • Strong communication and pitching skills, able to write compelling emails, lead persuasive conversations, and deliver impactful presentations
  • Demonstrated ability to convert inbound leads into long-term partnerships
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, negotiation, and customer lifecycle management
  • Proactive and highly organized, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ownership mindset, comfortable managing the complete sales journey independently
  • Enthusiasm for technology and education, with the ability to translate solutions into customer value
  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
