AI and data science education are booming, but buyers are skeptical and overwhelmed by noise. As we scale Ejento AI and our global learning programs, we need an Account Manager who can turn curiosity into confidence. You’ll be the first human touchpoint for many prospects, translating their needs into tailored solutions and ensuring every interaction reflects our mission: making AI accessible, practical, and transformative. This role is central to our growth, your work directly fuels our impact and reputation.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

  • Inbound sales mastery: Own the full journey from first inquiry to closed deal, qualify, nurture, and convert leads into high-value partnerships that last.
  • Needs discovery & solution mapping: Dive deep into prospect goals, challenges, and context to craft tailored solutions that make Data Science Dojo’s value unmistakable.
  • Proposal & pitch craft: Build persuasive proposals, presentations, and communications that turn curiosity into commitment, no generic decks, just real impact.
  • Negotiation & relationship building: Lead negotiations with empathy and strategy, turning initial interest into long-term, trust-based client relationships.
  • Seamless onboarding & retention: Ensure smooth handoffs to delivery teams and proactively nurture ongoing partnerships to maximize satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales process optimization: Continuously refine and experiment with sales workflows, using data and feedback to boost efficiency, scalability, and results.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Marketing, Product, and Customer teams to align messaging, campaigns, and solutions with real-world needs and market moments.

The skills and expertise you bring:

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles (inbound sales experience a plus); degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communicator, skilled at writing compelling emails, leading persuasive conversations, and delivering presentations that resonate.
  • Proven ability to convert inbound leads into lasting partnerships.
  • Solid grasp of sales processes, negotiation tactics, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable juggling priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Ownership mindset—ready to manage the complete sales journey independently.
  • Enthusiasm for technology and education, with a knack for translating solutions into real customer value.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and proficiency with productivity suites (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).

 

Bonus Points:

  • Experience selling SaaS, EdTech, or AI/data science solutions.
  • Familiarity with consultative or solution-based sales methodologies.
  • Passion for demystifying complex technology for non-technical audiences.
