This class is rich with content and very immersive. You will walk away learning a lot and keep a lot of studying and reference material that will be very helpful. Don’t be afraid to ask the instructors questions. They are very respectful and helpful – Salvador Michael Teves attended Data Science and Data Engineering Bootcamp.

It just seems like I don’t have the whole picture and being here this week has really helped me understand what’s out there and what modern methods exist. I think the biggest benefit I saw from the camp was actually being able to discuss how we use data, what are our obligations toward the data, and what makes us really good at achieving the thing that we want to achieve instead of just saying “oh well, I use machine learning!” – Elizabeth Burke attended Data Science and Data Engineering Bootcamp.

The Data Science Bootcamp was definitely a great environment for anyone with no prior Data Science experience. We discussed several examples of applications using Azure ML and R Studio, and I now have enough understanding of what’s going on behind the scenes needed as whats needed to evaluate the value of a model before deployment. Thank you Data Science Dojo! – Sonia Sanghavi attended Data Science and Data Engineering Bootcamp.

Engaging! The teachers know what they are doing and how to explain it effectively. I have taken a few analytics courses and the ordering of your modules made the most sense – Jonathan Norton attended Data Science and Data Engineering Bootcamp.

Dave and Phuc are a great combination of deep data science and experience that work well together in a class setting. They turned what can be a very dry subject matter into a lively discussion and interesting for the students. Highly recommend this class but come prepared and definitely do the pre course work!! – Stewart Teed attended Data Science and Data Engineering Bootcamp.

The instructors made the bootcamp the most enjoyable and informative class I’ve ever taken – Jirui Qin attended Data Science and Data Engineering Bootcamp.

I just attended Data Science Bootcamp in New York in July 2017. I wasn’t sure how they would cover all the topics in the curriculum within 5 days. But to my surprise, they exceeded my expectation. I thoroughly enjoyed the intense, yet fun learning at the bootcamp. I am now well-equipped with data science terminologies and underlying statistical fundamentals. They provided good pre-bootcamp materials before the camp and had well-organized content during 5-day camp! Two instructors were very knowledgeable and generous with their times. Thank you! – Mirim Lee attended Data Science and Data Engineering Bootcamp.

I thought 10 hour days would go slow, but they actually went fast (and am glad they set the tone on day one that we would be there the entire time) – Mike Dwyer attended Data Science and Data Engineering Bootcamp.

This is a great bootcamp for anyone trying to get started or advance their skills with machine learning and predictive analytics. The class was fun and engaging, Raja and David were great instructors, and I can apply what I learned in the real world right away. I will definitely be recommending this bootcamp to people I know! – Joshua Warne attended Data Science and Data Engineering Bootcamp.

There are four things I liked most about this bootcamp. First, the diversity of attendants. Second, they provided a roadmap for data science study even for starters. Third, they cover a wide range of topics. And lastly, the use of the Kaggle competition – Kayleigh Li attended Data Science and Data Engineering Bootcamp.

It was challenging it’s a lot of material to take in within a week. A wide range of topics were covered and the training doesn’t stop here. This just gives us the tools now to better understand what we need to do next. I think to me the learning and the direction really starts after the bootcamp. Before I joined the bootcamp I didn’t necessarily know all of the different aspects and elements of data science and predictive modeling, now that I have a better sense of it I know where I need to personally focus on based on the subject matter of that I’m dealing with – Marais Lombard attended Data Science and Data Engineering Bootcamp.

Data Science Dojo is an amazing intro to data science. You can do the free stuff online but being able to have in person discussion on topics that may not be familiar or easily understood is worth the time and money. The five day format is a great length to learn enough to start but not to long as to make it difficult for a person to attend due to work and family obligation. The three instructors are friendly and want to help. I would recommend to anyone looking for an introduction to the topic – Michael Loehlein attended Data Science and Data Engineering Bootcamp.

I came to the bootcamp because I had tried to learn machine learning and data science techniques on my own from books and online classes, but I had trouble finding the time to work through math, and even when I did, I didn’t really understand what I was doing. Now I’ve got a much better understanding of what I’m doing, I’m unstuck, and ready to dive in! – Michael Atlin attended Data Science and Data Engineering Bootcamp.

What was great about Data Science Dojo was that the credibility was clear in terms of the background of the staff and the faculty, and the kind of alumni that have come from there. The idea that it took a week’s worth of time was very practical for me. And then finally the very hands-on nature that both complements theory but actually uses tools to apply it was exactly what I was looking for – Eytan Bensoussan attended Data Science and Data Engineering Bootcamp.

I attended the Washington DC bootcamp from May 8 to 12th. I signed up for this bootcamp because of the reviews and video testimonials from the previous bootcamp attendees and I was not disappointed! David Langer was our instructor. His teaching quality was exceptional. His real life analogies throughout the bootcamp assisted the learning. He has a thorough knowledge on the subjects he teaches and patiently answered all the attendees questions and clarifications – be it during the class or after – Siddarth Seshadri attended Data Science and Data Engineering Bootcamp.

Dave was a great instructor and kept things very interesting throughout; getting a solid introduction to R and diving into the Kaggle competition was fantastic… I had a fantastic time and am very glad that I spent the money to attend – it’s been well worth it – Michael Walker attended Data Science and Data Engineering Bootcamp.
