Interested in Data Science and don’t have the time or money for degrees or 6 month certifications. Data Science Dojo provides a great place to get started in the field. The Data Science Bootcamp was definitely a great environment for anyone with no prior Data Science experience.We discussed several examples of applications using Azure ML and R Studio, and I now have enough understanding of what’s going on behind the scenes needed as whats needed to evaluate the value of a model before deployment. I came into this course as someone who will be doing more certifications in machine learning development as an update to my college work many years back. I wanted to see data science from outside of the ML perspective, and this course provided a really nice groundwork of data science, and gave me a nice appreciation for where data science and ML design both differ and converge.Treatment of necessary topics in a short period of time was very good. There was enough information to provide some foundation and allow continued growth outside of the bootcamp. As a dev and math person, I enjoyed the regression and many of the principles discussed in the first half of the bootcamp – Josh Walker attended Data Science and Data Engineering Bootcamp.

So far my experience has been great as a Data Science Dojo student. Each day Raja and Dave have been very helpful in explaining all the various different concepts to me and the rest of the students in the class, and they do a great a job of providing real world examples and how they relate to data science. I do feel like I’m going to get to apply what I’ve learned to my current job after the 5 days in bootcamp, and I feel like I could take some of the things I’ve learned and definitely be able to solve any issues that I have. I think this bootcamp is best suited for individuals who want to add machine learning to their current skillset but are also working professionals–coming out for a week is much easier than maybe going to some bootcamp or taking off work for months on end, trying to learn these things yourself – Marcus Wyche attended Data Science and Data Engineering Bootcamp.

This is great course. I have got good knowledge and hands on experience for machine learning and Big Data. It gave me many insights on what is machine learning and provided guidance to explore further. I liked learning about the new tools and techniques that we do not currently use at work, and will enable me to evangelize for their implementation. As a recent college graduate, this bootcamp was perfectly suited for me. I did not attend the camp with a specific goal in mind, business-related or otherwise. Instead, I wanted to learn as much as I could about the field of Data Science. Earlier to the bootcamp, I went learn myself on Machine Learning and it didn’t so well in the time constraint. I didn’t see good explanation or fundamentals out there in internet. After attending this bootcamp, I learned a lot and helped me a lot to do things myself. Now I’m at the stage that I can easily understand those hypothesis available on internet and can spin up my own machine learning model or provide insight how things can be played – Niket Patel attended Data Science and Data Engineering Bootcamp.

Data Science Dojo has helped me go in depth with key concepts in data science and machine learning where I have not have been able to on Coursera or Udacity. The instructors really care about the students and don’t hesitate to make sure you understand every concept thoroughly.
