Product Marketing Manager

About the role:

Are you passionate about the intersection of technology and marketing? We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Product Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of our products. This position requires a deep understanding of consumer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and success.

What you will do:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy, including outbound email campaigns, digital advertising, and social media content creation, to effectively reach target audiences.
  • Conduct extensive market research to identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions, ensuring a competitive edge in the market.
  • Drive brand recognition and innovation in brand management, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns and closely monitor their progress to measure their effectiveness and impact.
  • Create compelling marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, product presentations, and website content, to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as sales, design, and engineering, to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing approach.
  • Plan and execute successful product launches, setting and achieving brand KPIs that contribute to enhancing the brand image and gaining market share.
  • Regularly evaluate marketing plans and budgets to ensure the brand’s growth outpaces the relevant market and secures a larger market share.
  • Evaluate and analyze results, track return on investment (ROI) for marketing campaigns, and ensure that KPIs are achieved.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate the end-to-end client experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results and maximize impact.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of minimum 3 years in product marketing, managing marketing campaigns, preferably in the technology industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of core marketing principles and tactics including advertising, social media, and event marketing.
  • Understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and experience using CRM tools and software.
  • Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to make decisions, devise strategies, and measure the progress of projects over time.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
  • Willingness to work as an individual and in a team as per the need of a project.
  • A passion for education in general and data science in particular.
