Job Role: We are looking for an AI Product Specialist to help shape and grow Ejento, our cutting-edge RAG platform. In this role, you will own the platform and ecosystem by designing vertical, out-of-the-box (OOB) agents, leading developer programs and hackathons, and turning community feedback into a focused product roadmap. You will collaborate across engineering, APIs, security, and go-to-market teams to deliver enterprise-grade features such as observability, guardrails, and compliance controls, enabling customers to unlock value quickly in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.
What you’ll do
Your mission
9 responsibilities- Define, prioritize, and ship reusable AI agent templates with clear docs, guardrails, and evaluation datasets on the Ejento platform.
- Drive out‑of‑the‑box (OOB) agent experiences that are usable immediately post‑deploy (pre‑wired RAG, prompts, config and evaluation datasets).
- Design end‑to‑end Ejento hackathons themes, eligibility, judging rubric, prizes, presentation content, and post‑event conversion (turn winning projects into templates).
- Design and run Ejento workshops, and partner build‑withs to showcase use cases and gather product feedback.
- Build a community pipeline of sample apps, cookbooks, and reference projects using Ejento API. Maintain a public examples repo.
- Lead discovery with customers/prospects; translate jobs‑to‑be‑done into a clear roadmap balancing time‑to‑value, reliability, and governance.
- Write crisp product requirement documents (PRDs), success metrics, and experiment plans; manage trade‑offs across UX, performance, cost, and compliance.
- Package pricing/editions; maintain Azure Marketplace offers; enable Sales/CS with demos, ROI models, and competitive positioning.
- Manage Microsoft Azure Marketplace membership, benefits, incentives program, offers & products.
What we are looking for
Required- An undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Entrepreneurship, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum experience of 3-4 years in product management.
- Working knowledge of LLMs, RAG, and vector search.
- Power user of modern LLM apps (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Google Gemini): you use them daily for ideation, analysis, drafting, and workflows; you can demonstrate prompting patterns, chain‑of‑thought, and guardrails.
- Experience building custom GPTs/assistants, using function calling/tools, and light automation is a plus.
- Knowledge and proven experience of analyzing and leading product strategies.
- Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to make decisions, devise strategies, and measure the progress of projects over time.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, and networking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
