Hamza has over a decade of experience in leading Data Science/ Machine Learning teams. His tenure spans over three continents and seven countries across APAC, Middle East and Africa and North America and multiple industries, namely, Tech, Telecommunications, Finance and Retail. He is currently working at Google as a Research Manager and is also serving as an Adjunct Professor at University of Minnesota. Hamza is a regular speaker at conferences and has also led numerous training and consultation sessions for various organizations. His main objective has been to help organizations utilize their data to build large scale systems which can help with automation, optimization, recommendation and forecasting. His main area of expertise is Optimization, Experiment Design, Natural Language Processing, Recommender Systems and Time Series Forecasting.
