Will this certificate help me apply for a data scientist job?
Our data science bootcamp and Python training focuses on developing professional skill set that can help students advance in their careers. However, we cannot guarantee a job after completing our courses.
With each course, there will be plenty of opportunities to network with others in the industry, and you will be able to enhance and apply your skills. Once you complete our training you will become part of our alumni network with over 10,000 graduates from a variety of different backgrounds and industries.
Upon completion of our courses, we will provide you with a certificate that shows you have completed this course through the University of New Mexico’s Continuing Education program. Having accredited certification may be helpful if you are applying for jobs that require certification.
If you’re looking for a more career-intensive program then check out Practicum. With this program, we do offer dedicated job support and mentoring.
Do I receive continuing education credits?
Yes, the number of credits is based on the number of hours. (1 CEU =10 contact hours)
The data science bootcamp with the University of New Mexico awards 7 CEUs. Python for Data Science provides 2 CEUs upon completion.
Do you offer group discounts?
The group discount is 5% and applies to groups of 4 or more attendees who register and pay together. This discount can be also be combined with other available discounts.
