1. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and are legal residents of a country where participation in such a giveaway is permitted by law. Void where prohibited.
2. Giveaway Prize
The prize consists of a $500 USD award or equivalent value. The prize is awarded as described at the time of the giveaway and is subject to availability.
3. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected by a random drawing from all valid and eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The drawing will be conducted by Data Science Dojo staff.
4. Number of Entries
Limit one (1) entry per person for the duration of the giveaway. Multiple entries from the same individual will result in disqualification.
5. Notification
The selected winner will be contacted via the email address provided at the time of entry within seven (7) business days of the drawing date.
6. Validity / Redemption
The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within three (3) business days of notification. Failure to respond within this period will result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.
7. Rights Granted
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Data Science Dojo LLC permission to use their name, likeness, and statements for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.
8. Responsibilities
Data Science Dojo is not responsible for any technical issues, network failures, server outages, or other problems that may prevent an entry from being properly submitted or received.
9. Disqualification
Any entry found to be fraudulent, duplicated, or in violation of these terms will be disqualified. Data Science Dojo reserves the right to disqualify any participant at its sole discretion.
10. Disclaimer
The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. No substitution of the prize is permitted except at the sole discretion of Data Science Dojo.
11. Liability
Data Science Dojo LLC shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in this giveaway or from the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
